Location: Good, it isn't the near to any subway but it is 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stops and it is also within the Hwaseong fortress which was pretty cool. You can visit the whole fortress without even leaving it! Staff: There was only one lady in the counter and she was kind Room: Very comfortable and it has it's own air conditioning as well. It even had those mechanical massage chairs (I didn't try it though) It also has a computer for some reason within the room. Cleanliness: 9/10. Bed was clean but just some of the cabinets or furniture were just a bit dusty Washroom: It was clean and it even has a bathtub. The shower was also detached from the faucet which was neat. It has shampoo, conditioner and body wash There is also a self E-mart convenience store at the lobby. I would go back here again

I came on the time when some areas of the hotel was under construction. I could notice that the construction workers were doing their work on the room beside me and they were making huge noises. Luckily the staff was very helpful and she told the workers to be more silent right away. The amenities provided are beyond my expectations! The room is huge comparing to same accomodations around the offered price. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so far :)

The location is fantastic. Basically 5 to 7 minutes from the fortress and close to lots of small shops in the inner streets as well as restaurants. The bed was amazing and so was the bathroom. They supplied a lovely bathroom set with lots of toiletries, they even give you bathrobes. I was very happy with the room. It was very spacious and illuminated. There is also a 24 hour self service shop and a lovely coffee shop literally in front of the main entrance. You can also access the lovely cultural center through the back door.

The location is right at the historical fortress of Hwaseong enable one to tour the city leisurely within walking distance. The room facilities n amenities provided were excellent as I was upgraded to a room with balcony. Many cafes n eating places were available.

Amazing location. Walking distance to Hwaseong Fortress as well as the traditional culture center, suwon museum of art and suwon hwaseong museum. Room was cleaned and exactly like the photos. Afternoon staff didn't speak to us when checking in but staff at night and morning was very helpful when we asked some questions.

Location is 10/10. The Fortress Wall is only meters away. Close to many food places and shops. Room 10/10. Clean smelling room with a comfortable bed.. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toiletries. Generous size. We were upgraded as our room was not available at check-in. We would stay here again.

The location - it is next to a section of the fortress and is very central. Lots of food and drink options. The terrace - big and nice overlooking the fortress - beautiful esp at night. The LG steam closet - we appreciate it A LOT :) We booked a junior suite which is nice and spacious.

Mixed style Breakfast was $10 Korean, Rice meat and side dishes. Fruit. cereal. Toast, tea and coffee, The cook was lovely. The Location was wonderful, the views were limited but enough. The building had Lifts. There was a great selection of coffee shops and bakeries and meal options.

I loved the location right near the fortress, heritage centre, everywhere within walking distance. The hotel was lovely,the staff exceptional.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance from a few tourist locations. The room was also the first truly soundproof room I have stayed in in Korea.
